August 21-24th 2025 at NONNA Hof

Embark on a journey with us to the pristine nature of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, nestled near the serene Ostsee. Join our retreat, where we engage in transformative yoga practices designed to evoke concentration and radiance, allowing you to explore the vast spaces within. It's not just a retreat; it's a haven to connect, swim, cook, dance, and dine in the company of like-minded souls yearning for shared experiences. Come, be a part of this rejuvenating escape.

A home away from home, where you have the time and space to embrace what you desire and let go of what is unnecessary. Through the practices of Vinyasa and Katonah Yoga, you'll delve into mediating your middle.

Every day presents an opportunity to explore the nearby lakes with us. If you prefer, take a scenic car ride to comb the farms and villages around. Alternatively, you can choose to stay on the farmland and immerse yourself in the gifts of nature. The choice is entirely yours!

NONNA - an idyllically situated farm with a large natural property not far from the Baltic Sea in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The name NONNA, Italian for grandmother, is not chosen by chance. It symbolizes a familial place where you feel sheltered and cared for.

A personal space where you can do whatever you desire. Whether it's rolling out you yoga mat, enjoying time in community, strolling through the beautiful nature, or simply turning your face to the sun and taking a deep breath.
