Sliding Scale Pricing
I offer a sliding scale for my workshops to make them accessible to as many people as possible. I understand that everyone’s financial situation is different, and I want to ensure that cost doesn’t prevent someone from experiencing the benefits of Katonah Yoga® and restorative practice.
The sliding scale allows you to choose an amount that feels fair and sustainable for you—so you can attend in a way that honors both your needs and the community. My hope is to create a supportive space where everyone can participate, learn, and thrive regardless of financial circumstances.

Body Reading, from a Katonah Yoga perspective, is the practice of observing these patterns — not to fix or judge, but to understand.

This is a 2-hour introduction to Body Reading through the lens of:

Traditional Chinese Medicine
and the Toolbox
You’ll learn how to observe the body as a map of habits, compensations, and potential.
