June 7th at Volume Berlin

We gather again for a one-day retreat rooted in Katonah Yoga & Traditional Chinese Medicine — a full day to move, breathe, nourish, and come back to yourself.

We’ll move through asana, pranayama, meditation, and yoga nidra, creating space in the body and clarity in the mind.

And in between — we eat.

A TCM-inspired brunch & afternoon spread, designed to support the season and your system:

miso-glazed carrots, sautéed mushrooms, pickled radish & ginger
silken tofu with chili oil, soft eggs with tamari & sesame
steamed greens, fresh herbs, sourdough with whipped herbal butter

…followed by

matcha-date energy bites, cacao truffles & cashew tartlets

Simple, nourishing, intentional.

An intimate group.
A day to reset your nervous system and reconnect to your rhythm.

If you feel the pull — you know.
