I’m Sarah — a Katonah Yoga® teacher who believes your contradictions are your superpower: strength & softness, ambition & rest, structure & creativity. We are not either/or — we are both/and.

I’ve been building my inner toolbox since I was nine — learning how to feel strong in my body & mind, steady in uncertain times, and open to my own potential. Back then, Yoga wasn’t a lifestyle — it was survival. Later, during university, in the chaos of working two jobs and building a life on my own, Yoga became direction, grounding, and a system that made sense when life didn’t.

My teaching blends:

  • Katonah Yoga® therapeutics & diagnostics (trained with Nevine Michaan, Abbie Galvin, Willis Johnston, Kari Harendorf, Josie Schweitzer, Kyle Miller, Alex Sharry & Antonia Lingemann)

  • Breathwork & pranayama (inspired by Talia Sutra, Scott Davis & Tony Lupinacci)

  • Functional + classical anatomy (Dr. Rose Erin Vaughan)

  • Magic Square mapping, structure, metaphor & body reading
